Being able to see your record online might help you to manage your medical conditions. It also means that you can even access it from anywhere in the world should you require medical treatment on holiday. If you decide not to join or wish to withdraw, this is your choice and practice staff will continue to treat you in the same way as before. In general this decision will not affect the quality of your care.

Register at the surgery in person
Step 1. Request Access Online Here
Step 2 Provide proof of identity at Woodland Medical Centre - two forms of ID. one photo ID such as Passport, drivers licence, freedom pass etc and also one form of ID with your home address such as recent utility bill, bank statement etc. Full List of acceptable ID
Once you have completed the above steps and your ID has been verified, the receptionist will grant access to your online service account.
